28/5/2021 19:58 | Is there a large buy being worked at a limit price? The last trade at 3.404p was a sell not a buy, and other trades at 3.4p will also be sells | vikingben
24/5/2021 10:53 | correction. …selling the cleaning product. Generally, cleaning products are fmcg (ie, low margin) whereas the skill is the manpower application of the product ann actually doing the cleaning (higher margin)… | trcml
24/5/2021 10:50 | On the Byotrol board, someone has posted '"When COVID Leaves, Cleaning Should Stay" In my view, there is more money to be made by doing the hard graft, the cleaning itself, than manufacturing and selling the cleaning product. Generally, cleaning products are fmcs (ie, low margin) whereas the skill is the manpower application of the product ann actually doing the cleaning (higher margin) | trcml

18/5/2021 08:21 | More contract wins & extentions ... surely at this rate they have to increase the guidance : REACT (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist cleaning, hygiene, and decontamination company, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract extension to provide specialist deep cleaning services on a regular basis to one of its Tier-1 customers operating in the rail sector. The contract is part of an essential deep cleaning service REACT has been providing to this key customer. The contract, worth approximately GBP270,000, will run for a period of 26-weeks. REACT is also pleased to announce that Fidelis Contract Services Ltd ("Fidelis"), acquired by the Company at the end of March 2021, has secured three new contracts during May. Each contract is for an initial three-year term and all begin this month. The three contracts together have a total contract value of c. GBP320,000, approx. GBP106,000 per year. Shaun Doak, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "These latest contract wins once again highlight the Company's strength in the specialist cleaning sector and reinforces Fidelis's track record of winning long-term contracts providing recurring revenue." "These contracts provide further revenue visibility for the current year and beyond. | zico01
18/5/2021 07:16 | More contract wins and extensions.....the recurring revenues from the long-term contracts for Fidelis are particularly pleasing: | rivaldo
12/5/2021 22:32 | Great to see today's rise accompanied by a very healthy 5.1m shares traded (and a nice 100k buy at 3.71p just before the close) - any sellers are evidently being easily absorbed. EDIT on Thursday - can't win 'em all! Today's poor market is dragging everyone down. | rivaldo
12/5/2021 19:51 | "With our extensive experience across the healthcare sector, we provide robust and reliable #ClinicalWasteRemova Retweeted by Gerard J Brandon, CEO of DeepVerge (DVRG) Word is spreading. | eeza
12/5/2021 19:27 | 'Sick the tech' in particular, slagging off the company on each post ... he is responsible for investors pulling out with his negativity ... hope he sleeps well at night. | superhoop2
12/5/2021 13:41 | I still hold share's but just a small holding now.The share price increased over 3 fold since i started this thread in October last year. A strong buy/strong hold in advance of the Interims results in late June. A fantastic little company growing nicely. btw what's happened to ... yumpy, sicktheteck and a few others who were saying it's too expensive at around 1p ... idiots !!! | zico01
12/5/2021 12:06 | Moving up strongly again. The Fidelis acquisition is nicely earnings-enhancing, and today's consideration payment is reflective of the value multiple at which it's been purchased, with further deferred consideration dependent on performance, i.e achieving over £1m of EBITDA in this year to March'22. I've posted a number of contract wins by Fidelis recently, so am pretty confident that they will perform well this year and going forward as per the statements in today's RNS. | rivaldo
12/5/2021 08:56 | They appear to be making all the right moves jangaman. | fatnacker
12/5/2021 08:43 | Cash generated in the business this year and next will go out as payments to those that sold Fidelis to REAT, not to other shareholders... which is a drag. And REAT has recently done a stunning deal consolidating a very fragmented supply chain into a single supplier. If they can repeat this elsewhere then this is where the gold is... emphasis on the word if. It's slightly speculative. | jangaman
12/5/2021 08:10 | Great news in terms of cash flow for the ex owners but not necessarily for other shareholders...To me REAT need to prove that it's new business model is sustainable by winning one or two more national contracts to justify its higher price. | jangaman
12/5/2021 07:37 | That's got to be worth a penny on the share price although I suspect some of its already included. | fatnacker
12/5/2021 07:11 | The acquisition of Fidelis is going well per today's RNS: "The acquisition of Fidelis has been immediately earnings enhancing for REACT and has been an important step in the Group's stated growth strategy. The Board of REACT is delighted with the smooth integration of the business into the Group with the two management teams working well together to deliver quality services to customers." "The Board of REACT is pleased with the performance of Fidelis in the short period since being part of the Group and, as such, the Board continues to be confident of the positive impact Fidelis will have on the Group for the remainder of the current financial year and beyond." | rivaldo
11/5/2021 12:35 | The buying continues, 1.5 million just under the offer. | fatnacker
10/5/2021 08:26 | Good start to the week, with a 1.5% move up after just a £5k buy. Perhaps an indication that there's still very little stock around. EDIT - a nice 250,000 share buy at 3.5p from earlier today just reported.... | rivaldo |
