Nice 500,000 buy just now. Zico1 posted elsewhere a succinct summary of some of the recent positives here (and adapted by me below!):

1 - Full year results to be announced next month, which we already know will be ahead of expectations per October's trading update

2 - the brief trading update issued on 4/12 as follows:

"I am also pleased to report that, following on from the trading update released on 21 October 2020, the positive momentum in the business has continued with trading in the first two months of the financial year going well and the outlook remaining positive".

3 - Holding(s) in Company issued on 7/12:

Octopus Investments bought 2,5000,000 more shares, thus increasing its holding to 17.14%

4 - directors buying on 10/12 and 14/12:

Mark Braund, Executive Chairman, has purchased 774,255
Andrea Pankhurst, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 463,458
Shaun Doak, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 150,560
Rob Gilbert, Non Executive Director, has purchased 740,185
Michael Joyce, Non Executive Director, has increased his total interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of a purchase by his wife of 1,000,000

5 The directors are ambitious and want to grow the business organically and via acquisition(s). An acquisition could be announced any day given that REAT have a £1.8m and rising cash pile against the £5.9m m/cap.

Trouble is, its easy to forget the laws of investing when you're 100% committed and you end up with your own imaginary ones:

1. When the market drops on one day and your favourite share drops, its because of the market.

2. When the market drops and your share stays stable, its because its a great share.

3. When the market rises and your share stays where it is, its because there's an overhang and/or a big seller who is really stupid.

4. When the market rises and your share rises, 'the market' loves your share just as much as the most popular shares on the market.

5. When the market rises and your share drops, there's a load of weak holders and/or a big seller.

6. When the market drops and your share rises, you may be onto something good.

The company tweeted last week ;

"We're seeing strong demand for FirstResponseCleaning" which relates to covid work.

Covid infections have been increasing again

UK records 35,928 new Covid cases - the highest EVER - as mutant strain causes rise in infections of nearly 95% compared to last Sunday.

They must be quite busy in emergency sector as well :

For emergency cleaning, REACT is your one-stop-shop solution

When organisations need emergency cleaning, REACT Specialist Cleaning is a one-stop-shop even over the festive season.

We work with emergency services across the country., including cleaning in the aftermath of serious injury and fatalities.

We already work with several police authorities and their contract service providers to ensure the clean, safe and hygienic operation of their emergency vehicles.

REACT is one of the very few firms with cleaning specialists trained in dealing with trauma on the road and rail networks. In the aftermath of RTAs, we’ll focus on the safe removal of hazardous, biohazardous or pathological waste.

In hospitals and other healthcare facilities, there are plenty of situations that require an emergency cleaning response. We’re on hand for health both the NHS and private healthcare providers.

This work is not covid related

I was not expecting directors buying news today but i'm expecting news of an acquisition any day.

When that rns lands mm's will mark this up significantly.
Holding this very tightly, can see this going very high next year.

A profitable tiny micro cap with cash approaching nearly £2 million.
Will be over 2p in January if not before.

Here's a challenge for zico

Product one negative point about REAT.

Because without that, your entire posting lacks credibility. Just a table full of 'Pros' and nothing in the 'Cons' column.

I'm sure rivaldo can help.

Just imagine, if they raise another £1mln, you can add that to the cash on the balance sheet, which will look even better.

There being demand for a minimum 1.5m shares online in a microcap like this is quite unusual, and certainly a lot more than £4k :o))

It wouldn't surprise me to see Leates exercise her options, sell enough to cover the minimal exercise cost and retain the rest. This would of course minimise the tax liability arising immediately from the exercise of such options, rather than waiting to exercise at a later date when the immediate liability will (hopefully!) be much greater.

"The share price is moving up on small trades because there's minimal available stock and lots of demand"

4k is not lots of demand by any standard. It wouldn't surprise me if the so called lth'ers bought just so they could sell out.

Gill Leates left as vaccines were announced and she would know the business more than you or I. Maybe she didn't see many future covid orders, given they are covid dependant.

The share price has risen 40% but it also did so a couple of months ago before sliding back down to 1p.
