15/12/2020 22:15 | The price stayed firm after traders sold yesterday pm and today due to number of positive factors : 1 the brief trading update issued on 4/12 "I am also pleased to report that, following on from the trading update released on 21 October 2020, the positive momentum in the business has continued with trading in the first two months of the financial year going well and the outlook remaining positive". 2 Holding(s) in Company issued on 7/12 Octopus Invecstments Nominees bought 2,5000,000 thus increased it's holding to 17.14% 3 directors buying on 10/12 and 14/12 Mark Braund, Executive Chairman, has purchased 774,255 Andrea Pankhurst, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 463,458 Shaun Doak, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 150,560 Rob Gilbert, Non Executive Director, has purchased 740,185 Michael Joyce, Non Executive Director, has increased his total interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of a purchase by his wife of 1,000,000 4 The directors are very ambitious they want to grow the business through organic and acquisition(s).An acquisition could be announced any day. 5 Full year results to be announced next month. 15/12/2020 15:49 | You actually have no idea what you're talking about do you ? | yump
14/12/2020 17:07 | I was not expecting directors buying news today but i'm expecting news of an acquisition any day. When that rns lands mm's will mark this up significantly. Holding this very tightly, can see this going very high next year. A profitable tiny micro cap with cash approaching nearly £2 million. Will be over 2p in January if not before. | zico01
14/12/2020 16:30 | Here's a challenge for zico Product one negative point about REAT. Because without that, your entire posting lacks credibility. Just a table full of 'Pros' and nothing in the 'Cons' column. I'm sure rivaldo can help. Just imagine, if they raise another £1mln, you can add that to the cash on the balance sheet, which will look even better. | yump
14/12/2020 16:24 | A lot of selling this afternoon but the share price is holding firmly. | zico01
14/12/2020 16:15 | troll are you still watching the share price you loser. It will get higher than 1.82 the previous high set in May Don't watch the price it will only get you upset. I've got you on filter because you are pathetic and i do not want to read your pathetic posts. | zico01
14/12/2020 14:57 | There being demand for a minimum 1.5m shares online in a microcap like this is quite unusual, and certainly a lot more than £4k :o)) It wouldn't surprise me to see Leates exercise her options, sell enough to cover the minimal exercise cost and retain the rest. This would of course minimise the tax liability arising immediately from the exercise of such options, rather than waiting to exercise at a later date when the immediate liability will (hopefully!) be much greater. | rivaldo
14/12/2020 14:50 | "The share price is moving up on small trades because there's minimal available stock and lots of demand" 4k is not lots of demand by any standard. It wouldn't surprise me if the so called lth'ers bought just so they could sell out. Gill Leates left as vaccines were announced and she would know the business more than you or I. Maybe she didn't see many future covid orders, given they are covid dependant. The share price has risen 40% but it also did so a couple of months ago before sliding back down to 1p. ;-) | sikhthetech
14/12/2020 14:37 | :o)) The share price is moving up on small trades because there's minimal available stock and lots of demand, as evidenced by the available dealing limits online. The share price is now up almost 40% from where you could have bought only a couple of weeks ago. Gill Leates has a whole two years until December 2022 to exercise/sell her options. No point in speculating as we don't know her personal circumstances - unless you're trying to conjure up negativity for some reason. It's all a matter of perspective isn't it.... | rivaldo
14/12/2020 14:30 | rivaldo "Good to see a move up after a £4k buy." the share price is moving up on small trades and now to the level they were a couple of months ago, before the slide. The question is will Gill Leates use the opportunity to sell some or all of her 8m holding? Seen it so many times, price rising because of limit orders. | sikhthetech
14/12/2020 14:25 | Absorbing the sells and moving it up on small buys. | ged5
