Cleaning and the environment :

hxxps://www.greenbiz.com/article/5-things-businesses-should-know-about-green-cleaning-during-covid-19-pandemic

Cleaning, disinfecting and COVID mitigation are probably the No. 1 topic of every CEO.

But green cleaning experts see the hypercleaning trend as an opportunity to educate consumers and businesses about healthier alternatives to harsh disinfectants, more efficient technologies and procedures. As both companies and individuals start cleaning everything multiple times a day, they should be more concerned about what is actually in the products.

Here are five things to know about green cleaning during the pandemic for the safety and health of buildings and employees.

I think next year will be huge for cleaning companies like React. A lot of companies will end working from home and the vaccine is only 95% effective plus I'd guess around 20% will refuse to take it. That means there will be far more need for disinfecting offices and transport. I'm not expecting a multi-bagger but 2.5p in a year or 2 is a huge return nowdays.

>>>>>> Michael Joyce has spent £12,700 on 1,000,000 shares <<<<<<
>>>>>> Rob Gilbert has spent £10,000 on 740,185 shares <<<<<<
>>>>>>Shaun Doak has spent £2,000 on 150,560 shares <<<<<<

That's nearly £25,000 between them ..... not too bad but i agree both Shaun and
Andrea need to buy.

In all honesty today's news was a added bonus because i'd given up for
this year.

Great news

Shaun Doak, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 150,560 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 1.33 pence per share and now has a resulting shareholding of 150,560 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.

Rob Gilbert, Non Executive Director, has purchased 740,185 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.35 pence per share and now has a resulting shareholding of 740,185 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.

Michael Joyce, Non Executive Director, has increased his total interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of a purchase by his wife of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.27 pence per share. Michael now has a total interest in 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.20% of the Company's issued share capital.

Michael has also gifted a number of shares to his wife and has conducted a sale and purchase of shares in respect of his ISA. Further details are set out below and these transactions do not affect Michael's overall interest in the Ordinary Shares.

Great to see this morning's news of director buying.

Given REAT's microcap size (and thus illiquidity), to see 1.9m shares bought by directors in a single day is decent going. I suspect the CEO is not yet a wealthy man, so see his £2k as a starter for ten, but the NEDs' purchases are quite sizeable.

Even more convincingly, Michael Joyce has gifted 1.8m shares to his wife, and transferred 1.2m of his existing shares into an ISA. These moves are indicative that he believes the share price will be rising nicely from around these 1.3p levels:

7.21 million shares traded today 3rd largest volume since July.
Quite a bit of profit taking by traders but the share price stayed in positive territory by 6.1% bodes well.

I am hoping for director buys at 1.5pThat was the placing price. Can not see it below that price. On that news alone, could push this to 2p.Then we could have contract/ acquisition news.
