Quite a few selling this afternoon. Clearly they don't see it moving much higher short term. still awaiting those forecasts which were promised by the end of July . I too find it strange that they didn't release this news with the forecasts. I am expecting them to arrive next week now because news was given today without them .

I have a chunk just over 1,5p and added 1,15p, long to hold for me here, I think they will react very well once these get above 5p Also expecting (SCLP) to perform very well on a successful outcome for their Covid vaccine trials

Yeah, a COVID-19 related one. They didn't really have to mention that the contracts awarded were not COVID-19 related ; )

Perhaps they're waiting for a bigger contract to be finalised/signed off? :o))

Given the contract announcement, you might have thought that they had the perfect opportunity this morning to slip out some expectations for the year. But perhaps they are going to do that through the broker, who can use the excuse of the contract announcement to issue an updated note including a forecast (maintaining plausible deniability for the company). Although even then, strange that they wouldn't issue it to coincide with the RNS.

Perhaps still sharpening their pencils?

Pretty good volumes today, hopefully the seller is near to clearing now.I wonder if the 10 million seller from the other day will buy back in?

There is not much stock around it seems as it is starting to move up now on not very large trades.

So Clive, you want us to work out that's £70k per week or £3.5m per year pro rata.

Don't forget they're still getting income from some of the big contracts announced earlier this year in Feb and May. Then there's the smaller contracts from some/all of the 120 customers.

They keep telling us they are a growing company. A couple more big contracts shortly and I'll start to believe them.

My estimate for the year's revenue now up to £5.15m. Catching up on the mkt cap!

I would hope that some would be averaging down on this news

I didn’t phrase that right. The point is that its a large facilities management company, so although it sounds impressive, its 12 contracts.

They’re not repeat.

So how many will it take and how often to bump the revenue up significantly ?

It is significant for them but given its not covid related and they’ve not made a similar announcement previously, does it mean they are picking up larger blocks of contracts, or have they just started to announce them ?

I get where YUmp is coming from in some ways but 350k is material to the company. With a decent margin it is going to make a difference here. Only small contracts, yes , but they do all add up. Just need a positive broker forecast now.

I was forecasting £2,467k revenue for H2, based on the underlying upwards trend boosted by announcements to date, so £350k incremental is material.

Finally got my timing right on this, having added 1m yesterday at 1.07p.

REAT "is delighted to announce it has been awarded a number of contracts from one of its large Facilities Management ("FM") customers".

That's just one customer :o)) Which leads to the provision of services "to a number of sites" across the UK.

Sigh!

A Facilities management company covers several third party customers/sites, so its not one customer.

Imo 350K is a pretty small step towards the revenue they’ll need to deliver say 150k profit.

However it does give an idea of contract sizes.

350k is twelve contracts.

Just work out how many they’ll need and how often.

Good news - and that's from just one customer. It'll give a nice boost to the H2 numbers too.

Yes and as stated the bonus is these are not covid19 related and incremental rather than an extension of existing. I expect further contract announcements which will be covid19 and we should now see the share price begin to recover

12 contracts worth GBP 350k awarded by an existing Facilities Management customer across a number of sites.Non COVID-19 related.Just wait until they announce their COVID-19 contracts!

There is nothing wrong here (did you get my message), just a distressed seller who probably got caught on that spike a few weeks back.Have funds waiting.....

Now being offered less than 1p to sell any at the close. That broker forecast is clearly going to be important if it is going to allay investor fears here.

I reckon we're very close to the bottom now. I had .85-.95 as support. Starting to look oversold.

Unless they don't meet the expectations which were never disclosed I see quite a rapid rise very soon.

Mkt cap almost the same as the years revenue now.
