On 17 August 2020, Marc Boyan (via Miroma r4e Holdings Ltd), Chief Executive Officer, Director, and a PDMR, purchased 7,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 0.346p per Ordinary share. Following the purchase Mr Boyan holds 246,513,337 Ordinary shares representing approximately 19.3% of the total voting rights.
