Another obstacle towards refinancing overcome with todays announcement.
Sounds to me like they are confident the £3.5m equity raise process is sorted as well. It's going to be interesting to see how they structure it.

Excerpts from todays RNS:-

1/ All banking covenants had been met as at 30 June 2015.
2/ £5.2 million of debt converting into 12.5% of equity.
3/ Once the restructuring is completed later this year.....
4/ The 2nd half of the financial year has started well and we anticipate that we will see a return to the more traditional seasonal weighting, with a greater portion of the Group's profitability generated in the 2nd half of the year.

With the debt/equity conversion at 2.5pps the share price isn't likely to fluctuate much till the refinancing is sorted. (By 31st October)
I like the use of the word "Once" in 3/ above. Shows they're confident.

We're all a little bit in limbo until the terms of the funding of the refinancing are known. But at least we know the deadline date and have the big positive of trading being cash generative and profitable in H2.

Yep, now seated right on the 200EMA, with rising 50EMA about to gold cross it.

Chart very +ive, but share price depends on a lot of other things too...
Hope this time is the right time!

SP just sprung to life this morning with some buying activity. Doesn't seem to take much to get this moving.

ash - here's the key:- volume not a record but shot up to 2,341,500 today,
normally 1/5th to 1/10th of that.
MACD turning up nicely.
RSI gone thru' the roof on this big move, but will come back just as quick
on a calm "no change" day.

Who or what, I don't know, other than they might well
knock this 3 legged horse's balance sheet into shape.

Insider knowledge of continued opperational improvement?
That will give better debt cover, safe covenants, reduced interest charges
& spare cash to pay down debt.
