'New platform for growth'

So looks like they have already identified areas of growth for the company and its divisions. This share is looking to be a great recovery stock.

But to be honest R4e needed to cut their costs such as interest payments to see profit margins and on a turnover of well over £75 milllion they are doing that with todays deal.

Lost me on that, any new shares are going to be placed at a price many times last nights close.

Just got rid Of 1/3 of the debt, and getting a lower rate on the remaining.!!!

tsmith2 I doubt any future dilution will be below 2.5p as set out today.

I don't think AIB would have allowed that in any negotiations.

Granted issue of additional shares will be approved at end of this month and I hope it does.

Pre emotion rights going...Which probably means no rights issue (too expensive) and v significant dilution for existing shareholders

Great news!

There will be a re-rate on two fronts here:

1) The company is not going bust anytime in the immediate future

2) 2.5p should underpin the share price
