03/1/2013 16:27 | Dear shorters, the current valuation of 6p for 67m shares gives market cap £4m. It is an AiM shell with £150,000 cash and £201,000 debt. When the 60m placing shares are admitted to trading, some will take their thunderous fake profit from their 0.25p placing price. I assume the share price will crash toward 0.25p. It may stop at about 1p as hope value for new management. But the current £4m shell valuation is absurd. STRONG SELL imho. Short away!!! DYOR | silkstag
03/1/2013 15:22 | Gents, this company used to be called Adventis Group plc. It changed its name and thereby you cannot see the old threads on Adventis. Insiders agreed to a placing on 19 December 2012 of £150,000 for 60m shares at 0.25p per share. That £150k cash is the company's only asset. It also has £201,000 in debt which paid the costs of arranging the CVA to (allegedly) kill all the previous creditors for 0.5-1p in 100p ie a creditor massacre. There is no reason this thing is worth more than 0.25p per share, which was the arm's length valuation. It seems fake. | silkstag
