24/8/2006 21:40 | charlie Thanks for the email soory for not responding. Not sure whats happening at Hardy as it is not a company on which I have any focus. As for this lot it feels like the end. | paddyfool
09/8/2006 17:00 | o/t paddyfool any views on Patrick Gage moving to Hardy UNderwriting? (I have posted on the HDU thread, suggest any comments go there). | charlie
09/8/2006 16:52 | Never heard of the company but the extraordinary statement today caught my eye. Non execs resign, NOMAD (appointed one week ago) resigns. Curtains by the look of it. Glancing above I see this thread would have warned me off, well done paddyfool. | charlie
20/6/2006 09:28 | Thank you Paddy. I've seen enough! | hew
18/6/2006 18:43 | Hew, yes and theres much more besides which has yet to come out. | paddyfool
18/6/2006 11:01 | Paddyfool re your No. 73, is this relevant? | hew
05/6/2006 15:37 | In short I believe no, it will now level out and tread water until the next set of results. One that is definately on my watch list, but no good buying just 100 though. BalCee - Have you checked out the nms online? 100 to buy / 2500 to sell. Not sure what would happen if you wanted to buy 2500, as less than this is not worth bothering with amounting to £2k. | guru11
19/5/2006 12:07 | Unbelievable gains in last 2 days...will this continue? | balcee
19/5/2006 09:23 | Believe that the forward pe ratio is 8.7. If the recovery continues then this stock is a good hold. | guru11
18/5/2006 20:16 | Good results. At these levels the earnings multiple is not demanding. | kennerland
04/4/2006 12:51 | MM's now taking advange of year end tax selling and walking the share price down on little or no volume. This may be heading back under 50p in quick time. That said, I agree with kennerland in that RFG should have a better H2. | howdlep
29/3/2006 19:44 | Won't be any news like this one!! | mercxjon
29/3/2006 19:31 | we are due a trading statement soon. The company usually has a strong second half, having already had a good first half. The share price recent movement is possibly a reflection of this. | kennerland
27/3/2006 19:06 | Presumably tipped somewhere. Anyone know ? | skyracer
27/3/2006 14:21 | The iii effect - ie back down to 40-odd p | double6
27/3/2006 12:15 | Walking the price down a bit now. Annoying for the punter who has just bought at 67p!! | rkjones
27/3/2006 11:55 | there will be a number of delayed trades due to the low NMS | howdlep
27/3/2006 11:52 | People should be aware that RDF Group has a ticker of RFG | howdlep
27/3/2006 11:51 | 16.5p up at time of writing and has now attracted some attention in the last half an hour. looks like a good day but will fall back if there is no firm news. | rkjones
27/3/2006 11:43 | This one has hardly been noticed by the market, yet it paid an interim dividend of 0.75p pence per share. Sales more than doubled to £9.19 million, (2004: £4.23 million) resulting in a profit before tax of £555,000 (2004: £227,000). Post tax profits for the period were £369,000 (2004: £147,000), equating to earnings per share of 3.55p (2004: 1.41p). Currently, at 47.5p the cap is only 4.9m. So why is the market not aware of it? Well its majority shareholder, Tony Antoniades, owns more than 90% of the company, so we have a very low free float. This means that any news will move the share price very quickly indeed. Conversely, bad news would see the share price marked down. However, it is already profitable. Going forward, I would like to see further progress in the business, so that either Antoniades sells some of his holding or issues new shares direct to institutions. With such a low cap, this one has yet to come to their attentions. Watshot expect full year sales of £18.45 million, with pre-tax profits of £1.1 million. Post tax, they are looking at eps of 7p per share. A total year dividend payout of 1.75p is possible. | howdlep
27/3/2006 11:17 | Shooting up now. What is happening?? | rkjones
27/3/2006 10:45 | Mark up at 10am today on no volume whatsoever. Makes you wonder what prompts such a move, rumour or simply getting share highlighted on screen. | rkjones
06/1/2006 10:41 | one delayed 7500 buy enough to raise the offer 3p. More to follow? | howdlep
06/1/2006 09:12 | All trades effectively wil lbe delayed. I wonder whether a contract win is about to be announced? WINS and PMUR both inline at 47-52, with qty of only 1000. It will move very quickly | howdlep |
