Mick,

The thing that inspired me was the Vast Base deal.

Tens of millions paid for a company that supposedly had 4 international offices - yet the appendix in the HK listing document (accounts) showed that Vast Base had never incurred even a single dollar of expenses.

Without that listing doc, it was impossible to make a convincing case of fraud.

Also the listing doc showed that the RCG assets weren't even in RCG's name - but in Dato Lee Boon Han's name -- hence if RCG went bust, he 'owned' the assets.

From trades at top of page for 28th Aug

Both sells, the 29411 shares at 4p = just over a grand. Would the stock broker have paid someone £1000 for shares or are these shorted shares being accounted for?

I can only find 2 share deals on the 28th, none the rest of last 5 trading days

I can't seem to copy them

Price only dropped 2.8% on the financial report, I suppose no stockbroker will deal in them

The performance review is a general description of what the company does with a few figures thrown in. It tells us precisely nothing about what is actually going on.

I just can't believe the HK authorities are allowing the shares still to be traded, they must have had many complaints from shareholders.

I suppose the same goes for UK AIM.
