22/11/2021 13:04 | why is RBGP falling | lace
22/11/2021 10:23 | i am a long term holder and although also nervous about the continued fall, i take comfort from 2 points as i see them: 1: there are many similar companies falling significantly from summer levels, so maybe the market is de-rating but at least it is not RBGP specific. If the market is de-rating I want to be invested in, and ready to invest more, in businesses that will not be impacted less economically than average. I think litigation law services is decent protection in such an economic downturn. obviously other parts of RBGP are economically cyclical, but then there is also the benefit of the punt on the 2 larger cases which are completely uncorrelated to the stock market (i discount the first case as immaterial) 2: the chart still looks to be an upward trend from the IPO falls and then base triangle formation. I hoped the 200d would provide initial support but the ultiamte support is around 110p, so i'd only get significantly worried if there is a sustained fall below that level. And i think there will probably be an TU before that can be reached anyway. All IMHO, DYOR + BoL RBGP is (very nearly) in my top 5 holding | thirty fifty twenty
22/11/2021 10:07 | Not a clue Aput but monitoring like u. Needs another ST boost n the IC | petewy
22/11/2021 09:42 | Anyone’s guess as to why this is dropping or where the bottom is. The only bad news has been the delay in the first elephantine case (but that wasn’t in the forecasts) and the unexpected departure of Barry Roche (but means that NF is getting her hands dirty for six months so not all bad and, arguably, a good thing). The last update in September said they were on track to meet full-year targets, and Convex has announced four completed deals since, which should be positive. The odd thing is that no purchases of RBGH shares by directors of Convex has been announced in respect of any of these four completed deals, as would have been expected under the revised deal announced with them earlier this year. Also the deal value of the last completed deal, which was originally disclosed on the Convex website as £81m, has since been recategorised as “undisclosed | apuleius
20/11/2021 02:06 | That buy @ 127 is underwater now want to win. Where is this heading, chart has resistance at 120, then a couple more until the 100? I'm looking to buy but where and why is it dropping?? | mashman
10/11/2021 10:38 | Indeed the slide is puzzling after a raft of positive news. The general market is pretty heartless at the moment and gives little. | wanttowin
10/11/2021 10:30 | Thanks, Thought that maybe the case. Interims were only in September and looked very good. Can't see a reason for the continued slide other than initial disappointment of delay/rerun of first elephantine case. The 2 more significant cases, not included in guidence, are still going to schedule as far as we know so would have thought the price would be tracking up in anticipation of the significant rewards. | scubadiverr
10/11/2021 10:24 | My apologies Scuba, I stand corrected got confused with RGB who have results on the 16th. | wanttowin

27/10/2021 11:21 | Another deal announced on the Convex website and it looks like a big one: the sale of Outdoor Toys to a 3i-backed company and the deal value is £81m. The lag between kdeals being announced on the Convex website and the subsequent purchase of RBGH shares by Convex directors is noticeable. The deal looks like very good news that could lead to upgrades of Convex’s contribution for the full year. | apuleius
04/10/2021 17:39 | Three more deals completed/updated on the website: EKM, Isosec and Shade Station hxxps://www.convexca | carcosa
