Potential profit taking at this point, I'm struggling very much not to sell any of my shares given the gain now but am trying to hold onto what looks like a clear winner. Can see a lot more value especially with the acquisition which is only increasing share count by c10% but could add a lot to the bottom line - I am assuming it was a good year and so may not get 8m again this year, but even if it returned half of that in the first year then it is a fantastic acquisition.Looking forward to the presentation at 10 30.

Excellent results and positive outlook, plenty to like and 140p should be easily achieved. Convex pipeline looks strong. Price targets will be going up.

Very nice set of results. 7 Deals already completed and then the cream on top, acquisition of international law firm Memery Crystal which is immediately earnings enhancing

Two investors have already made charity pledges based on the Rosenblatt share price and have set an £1.40 target for donations to be made.



You can choose any company and any charity or simply match another investor and their pledge. I am hoping to get to £100k for lots of smaller deserving charities mainly but all donations much appreciated.

Lets hope the markets stay positive and investors are generous.

Nice 3p final divi to boot after finals. RBGP, K3C and FRP are all clearly going to do very well this year and probably beyond...

I'm in CAML as well Flagon as think there will be M&A action this year on top of a rising divi.....

this share buying deal with their teams is great IMO, saves cash, but aligns them with equity story and provides nice purchases in market!DYOR

Agree with the comments here, 140p could prove to be a very conservative figure

I like undervalued cash generative small caps that use their free cash flow to aid investment in organic/inorganic growth. KAPE is doing this in the digital privacy space, JLP in the metals processing industry & CAML in the mining sector to name a few.

I hope to hold for a number of years whilst things play out ... collecting dividends along the way. At some point there will be an acquisition to turbo charge growth and a hopeful big win(s) in the "elephantine" cases noted above.

Nicola Foulston is seriously clued up and surrounds herself with equally minded people who are all focused on growth, margins and not overpaying. IMHO.

It seems that they're many reasons why this may exceed current targets. While I keep reading about increased M&A activity and linking that to improved Convex performance, it is the potential fees (each having an 84% chance of success) from the historic "elephantine" cases that RBL took on at risk that will deliver the real capital growth. My understanding it that these could be worth more than the current mcap alone. With improved M&A and continued growth rates at RBL this really is a gem.

Personally I think it could go higher than 140p. Excitement is not so much the results to be delivered but about year to come , let's see what the outlook is and any pipeline comment for Convex.

Think the rise was coming anyway. Strong prospects here for the year ahead makes it a good call.

Most investors I'm sure will be happy to have Simon Thompson promoting investment in one of their holdings. As I post the share price has risen about 7p and 8% which illustrates the ST effect. I've a few other shares that I'd happily see ST popularise.
