13/7/2020 22:52 | This one jumps up and down like anything. Just wondering why the price movement is so volatile. Presumably just not very liquid? | scooper72

10/7/2020 11:50 | At least the deferred consideration for Convex should will probably not all be paid.A deferred consideration, payable after one year, of GBP8.4 million. Of this GBP8.4 million, GBP1.8m million will be paid in cash, and GBP6.6 million will be satisfied by the issue of 4.7 million new Rosenblatt shares (the "Deferred Consideration Shares"), at a minimum price of 140 pence per share (a premium of 58.2% to the closing price on 13 September 2019) or, if higher, the market value of the shares at the time. The Deferred Consideration Shares will only be issued if Convex exceeds a threshold EBITDA of GBP6 million for the period from 16 September 2019 to 16 September 2020. | beckaroo

09/7/2020 09:55 | Quepassa will never post anything positive. If you check thier posting history they appear to have an obsessive dislike of the group. Good to see revenues once again up but shame no mention of them maintaining their high margins, that are often mentioned. Litigation finance has by its nature very lumpy earnings so I'm not sure anything can be read into this.Convex, while it may prosper in the future, appears a poorly timed acquisition. As previous poster highlights, which companies are able to give guidance vto the future in these uncertain times? It's certainly not going to be a group of lawyers who as a profession are known to be highly conservative in their nature. | scubadiverr
09/7/2020 07:20 | Not all bleak, this bit doesn't appear bleak. During the Covid-19 crisis the Group's law firm, Rosenblatt Limited ("Rosenblatt"), has continued to successfully serve its clients remotely, winning a broad range of new instructions, including corporate transactions, employment advisory work and financial restructuring mandates. Due to this strong demand, revenue from fees earned by Rosenblatt in the first six months are 38% ahead of the same period last year, at approximately GBP11.4 million (2019: GBP8.2 million). True there are no guarantees for H2 but then again what companies are doing? | bahiflyer
09/7/2020 07:12 | 1. "the Board notes that it is not certain that this rate of growth will continue in the second half of the year." 2. "There have been no revenues from Litigation Finance sales during the first six months (2019: GBP2 million)." 3. "As a result of the Covid-19 crisis, Convex has experienced the deferral of nearly all the transactions planned for the first half of 2020." 4. "Given the continuing uncertainty, in common with many other companies, the Board will therefore continue not to provide market guidance until the Board can forecast with more accuracy." Oh, dear. All rather bleak in my opinion. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
20/6/2020 11:30 | Lots of buys this week with very little selling, but little movement in the valuation. My guess is that a large holder is selling. I shall continue to patiently hold | scubadiverr
04/6/2020 20:50 | Bought this one on the back of the Mello Chiswick event in London in mid-90's. Very impressive company.Topped up in mid-March bloodbath at 50 pence and even though I averaged up, I think I've been underwater in this one for virtually all of the time.ST's tip has finally helped me get over the line.MANO has done well for me, RBGP not so much and LIT has virtually always been a paper loss since I bought. Litigation is one area that will thrive in the post-COVID so have no plans to sell any of the three. | hiraniha
04/6/2020 15:35 | Some sizeable sells this pm | johndoe23
04/6/2020 14:16 | I like these too, however ST tops usually spike and then recede. Plus I'm sure there has been a seller around past few weeks dragging the share price down? | johndoe23
04/6/2020 14:11 | Yes, alpha tipped today. | johndoe23
04/6/2020 13:16 | Parhaps stupidly, although have liked these for a while, have topped up an already overweight position. Went though as a sell. | scubadiverr
