15/8/2010 20:30 | My broker will do everything too but he also sent me the forms to vote. | debbiegee
15/8/2010 20:26 | Thanks Daytraders. | freethinker8
14/8/2010 12:33 | Freethinker8 - correct barclays will sort it, 90% of shares are held in nominee account's these days, you do nothing, leave to your broker. | daytraders
14/8/2010 07:45 | The above gives a likely timeframe. Still at least another month and 21 days to go it would appear. This may be a stupid question but does any body know what happens if your shares are held in a nominee account? Mine are with Barclays Stockbrockers and I'm not sure if I need to do something. Barclays haven't contacted me about this situation and the shares are still showing in my ISA.I'm assuming Barclays are on the register and will receive the funds and they then distribute? Thanks in advance | freethinker8
13/8/2010 17:21 | I THOUGHT WE WERE EXPECTING TO RECIEVE FUNDS BY SEPTEMBER ? | debbiegee
13/8/2010 17:09 | Anyone attend the final General Meeting today, was all passed ? | daytraders
09/8/2010 07:43 | Returned from being away and just spoke with my ISA holder - they still show my RAY shares in my ISA account and say the cheque will come to them and they will credit my ISA account - we will see though! Also they weren't aware of any Shareholder Circular requiring attention as RAY (or the administrators) have not contacted them so that link was very useful sapper2476. Thanks. | sea and sky
07/8/2010 13:29 | well for a start your ray shares should have been taken out of your isa just like my broker has done with mine, its not allowed to be held in a isa if not tradable, mine was moved to my share account, but i know others that still have them allowed in there isa's. | daytraders
07/8/2010 11:54 | So by reading the admin info, we are going to receive a cheque, which means we are losing the opportunity to use this money within the ISA.. And as for the time-line, I see it as a minimum 3-4 months until we get our money back.. Any other views? | vk74
06/8/2010 16:46 | well im sure most will vote for 19.5p instead of nil :) | daytraders
06/8/2010 16:33 | Dont forget to send off your proxy form to vote in favour of the proposals to ensure smooth transition of payout of shares. Please see cheers | sapper2476

27/7/2010 21:08 | I want my money asap!!! | vk74
21/7/2010 13:44 | looking at the letters form the administrators and the timelines given i estimate at the latest we will receive funds back at the end of September. Time will tell. regards all. | sapper2476
20/7/2010 09:58 | Same here goal, although i fear this could take many months to come to a conclusion and the funds deposited in my account. | sapper2476 |
