Directors' Dealings
Pursuant to the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified by the trustees of the Raven Russia Employee Benefit Trust No 1, that they have transferred ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to directors of the Company in satisfaction of the Annual Performance Incentive for 2017.
The Company was also notified today, that Glyn Hirsch, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 173,958 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.1p per Ordinary Share, to meet tax liabilities that fall due as a result of the awards vesting.
