On 2 January 2018, Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company subscribed for 493 scrip preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") in respect of the preference share dividend for the period from 30 September 2017 to (but excluding) 31 December 2017.

Following these subscriptions Stephen Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 73,412 Preference Shares.
