New thread where I'll post my opinions and all welcome. But expect an atmosphere like a pub so if you can't tolerate a bit of friendly banter then there are other boards available.

Raven Property Group ( ) has 2 share classes:
Ordinary (RAV) - do not pay divis but instead do an equivalent tender offer twice a year so can be tax efficient

12% preference shares (RAVP) - pay 3p interest 4 times a year (end March, June, Sep, Dec)
