Looks like a dead cert for the shorters!

How can this share possibly justify its current valuation. You could buy a whole bunch of proper companies that actually make money with 731 million.

I will accept that though that Amazon has a PE of well over a hundred so this isn't the only completely bonkers share price

This price has been manipulated by holding back most of the stock

Re ---- rare earth

Rem --- rare earth metals

Ree --- rare earth elements

Reo ---- rare earth oxides

Rey ---- rare earth Elements and yttrium

There are 17 elements traded privately and not always sold in there pure form but instead distributed In mixtures of varying Purity therefore prices vary on quanity and quality.

Yes the gist is straight forward 3 companies I've read their website I was talking to someone about this today and there is an opinion the Chinese could limit the amount rare minerals leaving and they are only going at present releasing max 20% of production this company REG does have lisencing contacts.

If these minerals are going in some being or controlled/limited this will make the stuff even more valuable these rare metals are in all new technologies and I believe at present china has the monopoly in this area there are very few areas of the world theses minerals exist and if they do at present it's not on a viable commercial level.

GWG has a market cap of £ 170 mil
MCP has a market cap of £ 113 mil
look up RARE EARTH web site and see what they are involved in

I guess the only way to look at this is the mcap, currently nearly £700m, if you think its going up what do you think its mcap would be at the max.

Its hard to find a comparable, GWG mcap £130m, MCP about £2bn.

So is this a GWG or a MCP.

My guess is neither, a very very risky play at present, momentum could take this much further but I would be very wary.

If you want true exposure to REE on a basis that you can research I would look at the likes of GWG & MCP rather than something that is a pure gamble, pay your money and take your chance!

Good luck if you are holding I genuinely hope you do well, just not sure.

look at their web site, there is a link to it from advfn, it tells you a lot about the company, it goes under rare earth minerals
500 shares is a good start, read up about the company very interesting.

Hi khitchen I got in at £10 could of got in earlier however it's th same old chestnut sitting on the sidelines becomes unbearable so I'm in .

I wonder does anyone really understand this company?????
