11. Additional Information

With effect from 16 April 2021, following an internal restructuring, Hong Leong Company (Malaysia) Berhad ("HLCM") will no longer be the ultimate Controlling Shareholder of the Rank Group Plc ("Rank" or the "Company"). Notwithstanding the internal restructuring, the total issued share capital of the Company held by the Controlling Shareholder group remain unchanged at 56.10%.

Prior to the internal restructuring, HLCM was the ultimate parent company of Guoco Group Limited ("Guoco"). Following the internal restructuring, the ultimate parent company of Guoco is GuoLine Capital Assets Limited. Guoco holds a controlling interest in the Company via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rank Assets Limited.
