04/5/2010 17:37 | Other posts showing e-mails (or e-mail, I forget) from PL have said the same re reserves report coming out this week. | dr jekyll
04/5/2010 16:49 | I dont doubt the information just his approach. | brasso3
04/5/2010 16:44 | mmh...would be hypocritical of me to agree with you brasso...i go for the 'all in' approach now and then myself. high stress but potential high reward too. in my book if you are going to play this game it's worth going all-guns blazing at times, if nothing else to balance out losses made elsewhere. each to their own. i have a feeling this guy is kosher but perhaps i am just naive. | pimpernel4
04/5/2010 16:41 | I think hes an idiot for having a 100% of his portfolio in RRL. Im not even sure that constitutes a portfolio. | brasso3
04/5/2010 16:34 | new to this share as stated: what are your thoughts on the iii bulletin board where a poster claims to have an email from rrl stating that an update will follow tomorrow or thursday: 00000000000000000000 POSTED by mrright: I will put you all out of your misery. Here is the email from PL.... xxxxxxxxxx to plandau show details 10:10 (6 hours ago) Hi Peter I am a large holder of Range with 100% of my portfolio here as I recognise the great potential and share holder value you are creating. I have two small question though. Will the reserve report for Texas be announced once RB#1 has been drilled or will they come prior to that? Also i noticed in the latest report the cash remaining is $4mill, will this and production from Texas be enough to fund Puntland onshore and Georgia? I wish to thank you for your time and look forward to your response. kind regards xxxxxxxxxxxxx ____________________ Pete Landau to me show details 10:17 (6 hours ago) Thanks mitchell reserve report will be released this week cash can do Puntland (with Texas) not Georgia too early to predict what we will do until seismic processing etc complete (end June) Regards pete -------------------- Dont start shooting me down saying I shouldn't have posted it as i wasnt going to but i didnt want to lose any credability here as im going to be here for atleast the next year and i see us as friends that need to stick together at the end of the day PL is a lawyer, he wouldnt be stupid enough to say something he shouldnt. Happy reading ENDS | pimpernel4

04/5/2010 12:52 | What is it about this share and 4p??????????????? Is it just the 3p RI people who can't resist selling once it hits 4p? | monkey puzzle
04/5/2010 12:46 | Market makers have had a very good day. They made the idiots sell out on a drop when that is when you should buy. Day traders have probably done well as they will have made a quick ten percent from Thurs/Fri. Hold now and wait patience is the key. GKP didn't make it overnight nor Afren. This is a bargain price. | emporium00
04/5/2010 11:16 | I don't know how to copy it to here but this chart suggests that all oil shares are following the same trend today. | hawks11
04/5/2010 10:12 | Going on quarterly figs, current production from one of three zones at circa 135bopd and 1.85mmcfpd (since commercial sales started). I do not know why this is slightly lower than previous numbers given but it could be that the operator chocked back flow to control pressure or production at that level is optimum for whatever storage and offtake facilities they have currently. It may just be that flow has dropped-off slightly but until we're told, its uncertain. What we should be seriously considering is the potential for current production to be increased five fold over the next couple of months (two wells, fracture stim'ed). As was confirmed to me yesterday, parties with back-in rights will be watching this carefully and clawing back what they can. The story is developing, slowly but surely. Cash | cashandcard
04/5/2010 10:11 | Its what they do so well ;-) | fairdeal2008
04/5/2010 09:48 | Looks like there is big support on the bid at 3.5p. L2 now 375 v 25k | nicksig
04/5/2010 09:47 | there is absolutely no fuss this morning, will prob top up, didnt think i would see 3.75 again. range is a long term share with the odd top slice going on, short term trading is just plain stupid with this kind of share. | martinfrench
04/5/2010 09:36 | Sagem, MM's sure ruffled you up this morning ;) Cash | cashandcard
04/5/2010 09:35 | Folks, Can we all refrain from specifying a certain timeline to the reserve report please. It does not help and unfortunately attracts traders. Now, why would you want to draw them in at under 4p? let them pay full whack once the news is out. I personally believe the report will be out once the independent analyst has enough data to assess and report on - don't know about timelines except to say it'll be this side of the summer ;) Cash | cashandcard |
