Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (AIM:RQIH) (the "Company"), the global program underwriting management and legacy acquisitions specialist, is pleased to announce that application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin") for its $70 million senior unsecured floating rate notes due 2028 (the "Notes") to be admitted to the Official List and trading on the Global Exchange Market.
Admission is expected to take place on or before 27 March 2019 under the ISIN XS1926956274.
The Notes were issued on 28 December 2018 and will not be rated by any rating agency.
