Result of placing of ordinary shares in Ramsdens Holdings plc

NorthEdge Capital LLP ("NorthEdge"), as investment manager for NorthEdge Capital Fund I LP ("Fund I") and NorthEdge Capital I GP LLP ("I GP"), announces that Fund I and I GP have sold, respectively, 9,250,350 and 212,350 ordinary shares (together the "Placing Shares") in Ramsdens Holdings plc ("Ramsdens" or the "Company"), representing c.30.7% of Ramsdens' entire issued share capital, at a price of 165 pence per share (the "Placing") realising gross sale proceeds of c.GBP15.6 million in aggregate.

Post completion of the Placing, Fund I and I GP will not hold any ordinary shares in Ramsdens.

Liberum Capital Limited ("Liberum") acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the Placing.

The Company is not a party to the Placing and will not receive any proceeds from the Placing.
