I think the company are probably making profit now but earlier in this period were probably not, and last year they were miles from making money hence ths fund raising via various sources.

In tricky marginal situations you wouldn't repay dent if that cash could be better used, abd I think that is where we are right now, turning the corner but still work to do.

I agree, the conversion price may stay the same but interest will likely acrue and also be converted.

They raised money earlier in the year so dont see your reasoning Excellance. It probably suits both parties (are they parent and subsidiary) to reconfigure here, and in my view money wont be repaid but shares will be taken in time but dyor.

My guess is RMM have the cash but would prefer to use it as working capital so have asked CEIII for an extention, and they get more interest and/or more shares in another years.

The $2m convertible loan at 10% interest convertible into 52m shares at CAD$0.05 has having terms adjusted by mutual consent.

Do we even have $2m to repay the loan?

If it is genuinely a mutual adjustment, will it be beneficial to us?

I'd prefer we just pay the damn thing off

mind you that period where the share price was under 0.90p looks like fantastic value right now!

obviously we will need to see actual results of recent activity to confirm our assessment that RMM is on the road to recovery, but from memory our average cost of production last year was $2.86 and the market price of copper is still below that, so we need improved throughput and improved grades of material, and add to that the higher prices or copper and gold, and we can't be too far out.

i am hoping for an average cost of around $2.60 this time around and on a downward trajectory as we continue to continually improve, but what kind of margin do we now have, and what does that represent in terms of earnings per share?

dividend next year anyone?

ex, well just had to have a few more, couldn't resist before they put the ask up again. Over weight now but hell is looking very promising. Copper still holding up, extra drill hole results n the e-mal from them yesterday and soon to have the production numbers and then, well sky's the limit.
