Won't complain - high time we got somewhere with RBW...

However, I bought at 9p average in 2017 on the strength of what is still above:
"Indicative forecasts: 5000t/a initial production capability, ~ $10k/t basket price, concentrate discounted to Thyssenkrupp over 10 year deal, $810/t op costs, $280/t transport costs."

What happened to all that???

Anyway, it indicates RBW are being taken seriously at last!
I waited 13 years for GGP to take off, but no longer view things on the same time scale...Pouroulis would tell you "that's the nature of mining"

CAML holders will know why I say this looks like a copy of Kounrad...
Hope it pays as well.

I read somewhere they are forecasting $150 per Kilo for ND/PR as the Economy is forecast to be green recovery after C19, so a large demand for ND/pR. But then I read a lot of things and they never come true.

I also made the same calculations but decided it must be wrong because the share price would be massive.

Has anyone looked at the fundamentals of this join venture?
Please correct me if anything is wrong as it looks to good.

1. 35M tonnes of Gypsum with 0.6% TREO giving 210,000 tonnes TREOs (as per RNS)
2. 210,000 tonnes with 30% Nd/Pr gives 63,000 tonnes of Nd/Pr (as per RNS)
3. Price per tonne of Nd/PR oxide carbonate is approx $50,000/tonne (source below) with prices expected to double in the next 5 years
4. At a price of $50,000/tonne means over $3 Billion

A higher share price is good. They won't need to issue as many new shares to raise the cash.It would be good if they do it as a rights issue.

Looks as though the 2019 high the next level, 10-12p range looks about right for a short term target.

I assume a lot of those sells are actually buys. Very tight spread so I can see this going over 5p this week

Still only a £20M cap with Pensana now at £134M.

A re-rate has to be on the cards at some time. It sounds from the preliminary results that a plan is in place to improve the trial mining and further enrich the resource with a drilling campaign. It seems that the financial year 2019/2020 was a bit of a step back and hopefully they will make some real progress for 2020/2021.

A 20p share price would be a market cap of <£100M so certainly do-able in the next 18 months in my view. Fingers crossed.

20p could be fair with JORC Resource report in 12-18 months. If the keep proving up ground and keep costs to a minimum with increasing production, it's looking good. The potential size and high grades will have caught the Majors attention.
