He's pumping the next placing though isn't he. Higher the share price the higher price the placing can be done at. Previous discounts for placings haven't been too impactive on the share price but he depends on what figure he puts on significant funding, as per the update.

Anyone who has watched Mr. George Bennett on video on hxxps://youtu.be/iAyarXtN7A4 (dated 26th March 2021) can clearly see that he knows what he is doing and where Rainbow is going completely.

Therefore, prior to the Investor and Analyst conference on the 7th April and afterwards, Rainbow's share price is surely bound to to go upwards.

Agree, they say they will raise money in H2 but that could only be 13 weeks away. Sooner the better in my view, raise a decent amount and then ramp up production. it would be a small amount of pain for a lot of gain going forward.

This company needs funding and the sooner they raise the lower the dilution as a low price gifts it to new investors at the detriment of longterm holder
