From about mid 2009 there seems to be a tea cup formation in the chart. As we are at the end of the handle this would signal an imminent rise in the price.

Loads of small AT trades this morning, all done at 17.5 regardless of movement in the share price Odd.

Nice job MMs, walked it down to 15p only to hike it back to 19p two days later.

Yes, reasonably positive. Quite a bit to do to rebuild the business, but they have a strong financial position and an entrepeneurial team on their side.

Looks like the price could now hold up with the premium of the asset value over SP, but may be a while before we see any real uplift in the share price

Happy with this (fabulous fund table with no negatives!!) All funds up - most over 30%, worst being 9%, best 86% in an horrible year.

Bit disappointed re the final divi, however I'm optimistic they'll reinstate this if these numbers continue. Very encouraged by fact their auction worked & was completed. Has put a line under the forced sellers of RSS.

Encouraged too by their break into Asia, projected AUM, their 9m share repurchase last year, and calculation of NAV 21.3. You never know with AIM, however share price trend ought to be up for Q1 2010, and further share repurchases now look possible at appropriate times.

IMHO, there seems a strong possibility of returning to profit at some point this year. Will be interesting to see the analysts take on future prospects.

Meticulous, transparent, honest, a very good performance in a terrible year - well done RAB!

Some glimmer of hope here then, with the dividend yield.
SP appears to be suppressed for some reasons though.

I am surprised that with such a yield no one is attracted to the share. Maybe they think it is too risky to invest in. I think they should start a share buy-back scheme to stabilise the share price as it has no direction at the moment. I am hoping that the price rallies like last year at this time (see 1 yr chart).

With RSS share price increasing clearly the net asset and investment value of RAB will also have increased.

QB: re share buy back, I had the same thought. Divi is no problem (see last year as divi was small % of cost reduction programme). I think they could afford to repurchase shares too, though not sure they need too.

We're trading below NAV, with a strong yield, with European markets at their peak, and having had a good run with commodities. Yes, may dip to 10p, but I for one will see this as buying opportunity. This is one of my few AIM shares -- tend to stay clear of AIM these days. However, I expect to be building position on any dips. At 10p (assuming divi remains) you get a massive 24% with potential upside too. Where else can you get that ?

I am getting worried about this. RSS is having a rally due to the share-buy back scheme. May be they should do it here aswell, but do they have enough money to pay the dividend also?

10 months mortgage paid from divi alone!! - 14% & increasing yield irresistable. Back same time next month for more.

I suppose the ideal scenario would be a successful SS auction with the removal of any selling overhang and new funds thereby attracted which start to generate enhanced success fees and a substantially higher share price Sounds easy!

So where from here. What can one expect with the share price - which is currently flat - and the future dividend.

The point is to put it into the current tax year for those shareholders who will become 50% payers next year.I wonder why they didn't declare a bigger one.

2nd interim divi declared, paid a week before the fins.

Last year paid .6p int and 1.8p final, this year .6p + .5p ints.
Cannot see the point of this '2nd interim' if they were going to reduce the final dividend?

Looking a bit better today, fins due 23rd March
Last nav 21p, final divi 10% if held at 1.8p
