Anyone have access to a detailed portfolio valuation? It should be available to us shareholders somewhere especially being we have to make a decision on accepting 10p or the delisted shares. Cant find anything here | praipus

27/6/2011 18:30 | Thanks for the infor pseudo - much appreciated | fl4nders
27/6/2011 15:04 | fl4nders Expect a tender offer of 10p per share through your stockbroker/nominee account with the additional option to swap RAB capital shares for those in the new private company. If your shareholding is with a single provider or not split between a dealing account and an ISA then you are restricted to either selling ALL your shares, or swapping the entire shareholding for new shares. If the shareholding is split between 2 pots then you are allowed a different option for each one. There is no guarantee of success or eventual dividends from the new private company. The remaining directors obviously hope that this will be the case but will no doubt continue to pay themselves extremely generous salaries, regardless of company performance. If I had a smaller secondary shareholding then I might have been prepared to risk converting this into new shares while accepting cash for the remainder of my investment. I am going to take a large hit by accepting the cash offer but your circumstances and appetite for risk may differ. As always DYOR and good luck with your investments. | pseudosphere
