tempted to take profits, tolls down but bonds are up. Steven roach on bloomberg today saying china will slow, commodities/inflation will come down and TNX will be 3%. This guys been bearish on stocks for last 2 years, one of the reason morgan stanley has underperfomed.

US housing looks expensive, on fundamentals. WE know prices overshoot. i don't get why bright people always seem to fall out. The idiots I understand, but intelligence includes open minds..

Housing Affordability Is Plunging Even With Relatively Minor Rate Increases http://www.safehaven.com/article-3280.htm In my opinion a house crash wont be the trigger of an economic slowdown, a slowdown in the US and loss of jobs will cause a viscous cricle of declining house prices, a snowball effect will ensue creating further economic slowdown, loss of jobs and further falls.

It is the 17th June 2005 E House Builders have been going up consistantly for last 3 Months since you set Thread Up. In fact Three and a Half Years since You called Property a Bear at least. True Statement. How do mms, Bankers and Brokers work Yachts and All? E they must love you unless they are using you through Fear and Greed as I suspect! Cheers Ash:)

A long-lasting hurrah! Thank goodness I only bought one small handful of options. KBH will go a bit higher, but the volume is poor
