Well, options package are pretty widely spread across senior management. If options meant to incentivise, options at ex price of £1.60 + vs a share price of 15p were pretty meaningless. I would have liked a higher strike price, but ... What would be good would be to see some good cuts to the salary bills ...

Disgusting Act by the management Reward for FAILURE As I said before this management has done a CVA before and today's announcement proves again that down the line this management is fully capable of driving this business down to pennies so that they can buy it for next to nothing

Very convenient surrendering their options and awarding new ones.

Management should dip their hands in their pockets and show some faith if they have any. Useless bunch.

Not tempted at this price after that statement. Further leg down possible. Doesn’t sound like Management have come to terms with their situation. More drastic action required IMO rather than tinkering

Presumably the discounting to clear surplus stock, which affected H2, should have washed through. If they can return to, say, 62% margin on £135m sales and get overheads back to £70m, that's an ebitda of £13.7m. Current mkt cap = £20.7m

If hard Brexit then no limits on all retail.

Fast fashion requires fast customs!

Crashing pound will devastate margins.
