The daily volumes - barely exceeding 20k - and the horrible spread between buy and sell are enough to get scared and run away.

Two risks in here: One - Get stuck for years without any share price movement. Two: share price erosion till it drops to nothing. So IMO the earlier is the exist, the safer one would feel.

Considering dumping at a manageable loss, unless anyone convinces me otherwise?

This reminds of KOOV with a bit of profit that will dry out when competition from dominant majors ASC and BOO, the two main forces in this sector, starts to bite.
No volume and nothing convincing in this one. Cutting my losses and running away before it's too late.

I sold at £1.69 . Apart from a spike the day before the results it's only been going down. I'm sure it'll come good but look at that chart!

I decided to top up at this price, can't see any reason why it wont recover over festive period.

It is worth stating again that QUIZ are in running to be INTERNATIONAL retailer of year (finalist)... The money by ASOS is being made abroad. Foreign sales are where the money is. QUIZ is, apparently, doing especially well in this area.

Quiz do free delievery to Afghanistan - I would not want to be the postman or the girl in the mini-skirt walking around Kabul

However it does show how glued up QUIZ are to the INTERNATIONAL MARKET where all the action is at present (see ASOS recent results)

I'm not invested here yet but I'm watching with interest and waiting for the results next month. I'm slightly nervous they only mentioned gross margin was in line, instead of costs. But if the earnings (excluding exceptionals) are decent then I'll be dipping my toe.

Worth pointing out if ASOS profits rose 145% mainly due to EXPORTS on back of WEAK POUND (see todays news)

Then QUIZ (in the running for INTERNATIONAL RETAILER OF THE YEAR) should also be benefiting BIG TIME from the same WEAK POUND...

ASOS now valued at £4.6 BILLION

First line of Final ASOS Results:

Nick Beighton, CEO, commented:

"It's been a great year for ASOS, with continued growth in sales and profits. Our international performance was excellent,

john09: I've often been told never buy immediately a company has been tipped (worse price) and I guess that applies to selling, its obviously going down a bit after an anti-tip. I would wait for the bounce back if I was going to sell. But it seems to me that this company could easily be a Christmas Cracker.....

I'm holding for the big rise - but annoyed that tippers cant see that if its competitors are worth billions (BooHoo and Asos) that this company cant also get up there.

I'm out, struggled to sell them this morning had to sell in chunks. Great little company I think but can't ignore the price action and the write up by the top sheet that tipped them originally is far from ideal

why on earth would anyone sell their shares in this company? All its competitors are worth billions. Its a no- brainer. Its going to explode this Christmas in all the tip sheets.

Netcurtains. Marvellous stuff. Mr Ramzan could do a lot worse than hire you for a bit of marketing and design consultancy.
