Tom in your excitement you have rather given the game away. If you use many different user names or avatars, you have to be consistent in giving them slightly different rhetorical styles and idiosyncracies. Do not adopt alternative personas, and then write as yourself. Just sayin' A limit of £5,000 for small claims PI is not helpful, but it will hurt the small firms worse and drive them out of business, leaving the work for the big factory firms. And if you think that (or Osborne thinks that) any savings will be passed on to consumers/policy holders.......lol

SGH is going to be very ugly on the open of the ASX. Couldn't come at a worse time for them. I look forward to Numb Nuts crowing about how TW was completely wrong 'cos SGH only dropped to 26 cents & not zero.

Forget the industry bleating, the PI law industry is going to be smashed by this. One practitioner I have communicated with told me: This is a complete disaster for our industry as 95% + of claims come in at less than 5k. Time to refresh my own CV Indeed. And which two firms dominated this sector? Slater & Gordon and Quindell and happily now all those ambulance chasing lawyers are under one roof at S&G. Its revenues are going to slump. There is now no doubt in my mind that its debt is just not supportable. It will run out of cash in 2016 and its shares are now clearly heading for zero. This is now a slam dunk nailed on zero. What Rob Terry got underway – passing a poisoned chalice to S&G which would lead it to destruction, George Osborne has now completed. The shares are a screaming short. As for Quindell PLC? What are the odds of it being able to get its hands on the £50 million held in an escrow account at S&G? Methinks the Aussies will now have no choice but to fight to keep that cash as they are in deep merde. http://www.shareprophets.com/views/16809/george-osborne-finishes-off-rob-terry-s-good-work-slater-gordon-is-heading-for-zero

No I want answers to my question. If it can't justify what it's slipped out and said it should not post. He's a serial ramper and denier, specially in the old days, no better than steamy

Nicky you can't avoid my questions forever thinking I or we will go away. You've said qpp did a firesell after months of denying it and qpp had no problems. I want you to justify why qpp had a need to do a firesell. Respond to the direct question or just don't post on here anymore, period!

I can only guess he is so embarrassed by his truly awful GBO posts that we'll never see him again. He's probably back here under a new ID already. don't underestimate those Aussie lawyers 'Sweet Karolina' don't pretend you have a friggin' clue what you are talking about you are just one more avatar of the little cabal of short traders just repeating mantras, does not make them true but might help to sow doubt, and therefore assist your trades well known short and distort tactics very transparent the harder you try, the more desperate you must be if you are right, the shares will fall of their own accord without your assistance FCA needs to look at the activity of some of the user names on here

I was referring to 50m from escrow accounts via slater for 10p to be paid out by qpp. Error in my communication

This is not a qpp thread it's a generic thread to weed out idiots so if we want to discuss slater we will as it's linked to qpp, and will still effect it's future and 10p dividend which qpp board know themselves they won't be getting from slaterNicky you've still not explained why you believe qpp did a firesell and the need to if it was sound company. You can't hide your head in the sand from this one and me even though you can continue to do so with slater
