Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of vehicle telematics services to the fleet and insurance sectors, announces that it has issued 7,916 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 7,916 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1 pence per new ordinary share.

An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 September 2020. Following Admission the Company will have 47,962,516 ordinary shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
