mammyoko: Potential for 8% dividend here: Subject to satisfactory performance and market conditions, the Board will consider a final dividend for the year with the aggregate of the interim and final dividend set at approximately 50% of cash flow from operating activities, which is calculated after taxation paid but before capital expenditure. The Board will also consider distributing the excess of cash balances over £2m by way of supplementary dividends. The surplus cash would be calculated by taking the year end cash balance and deducting the proposed regular dividend. The policy will be subject to review. H1 operating cash of £3.7m x 2 x 50% = £3.7m H1 cash £10.0m + H2 operating cash of £3.7m - H2 dividend of £3.7m - base cash balance of £2.0m =£8m £3.7m + £8.0m = £11.7m $11.7m / 48.1m shares = 24.3p 24.3p final + 3.37p interim = 27.7p 27.7p / 348 = 8% Looks lie they are going to catch up the final dividend they missed for 2019

thelongandtheshortandthetall: I see QTX as a pretty safe bet at esp at these prices. Their subscription based income should be ticking along very nicely. Management have dealt with the virus very professionally IMO.

cfro: Spent some time going through QTX results yesterday and bought a v small holding today. Insurance division has been in decline but fleet management still looks like a growth area. I've always considered the CEO to be honest and very conservative and he runs the business well. Not going to set the world alight in the short term but with 75% of revenue recurring and slowly increasing plus increase in free cashflow and net cash, its possible there could be early signs the company is getting back on a growth path once again. PE is high however at 20 but you generally have to pay up for recurring revenues. Chart also showing early signs of recovery.

blondeamon: Not very classy on my side, apologies for that. But I don't hear any arguments for the deteriorating situation in QTX. Where's the justification for the PE of 33 on 2 years of flat growth? Even senior management sold 4.4m shares recently. It's also losing clients, like Calor Gas that switched to Trakm8. Plus half your Insurance contracts have been lost to competition, no matter how they want to phrase it. Very rich valuation for this kind of performance. TRAK still raw and potential yet to show but for those in the telematics plays, a much more profitable future. Always DYOR/IMO

davr0s: It is always irritating when someone comes on a thread to suggest swapping funds into a share they are trying to pump. QTX is on my watch list to buy it it wants to move up. As for the link I always go and see if the tip is something I should short so that's what I shall do now

Anyway, in meantime, just having a browse of anything of potential interest to future holders, yawn.
