Anyone know whether any of the Sipiem parties lodged an appeal by the 25th November cutoff date. Thought the company would have made an announcement this morning either way. It's a matter of public (court) record, so they should disclose if someone makes a quick phone call to the company to check.

Have to agree.. Hold my hands up… i contaced Budd this morning.. He will actually speak to you.. had a good conversation for about 10 minutes. nothing is happening until eaely next year.. I have sold today and will be looking at - 4/5p entry.. You are correct.. Placing is 100% plus the funding will kill this.. this will be unbelievable but not for 3/4 months

Thats it im done for the mo.. £10k at 9.79 and £5k at 9.83… done enough buying this week.. not a millon as i said but just under half million.. see what happens now.. got my last £75k ready to buy if drops anymore.. massive position here.. ready to rock and roll

Oh dear letsbuy1 has landed over on the serious investor thread. This is the guy who claimed to have a source on the latest mosman drill and was guaranteeing 5-10 bags. The very same guy who claimed he'd been given a reliable nod that gdr would have an offer to buy from an American company at 28p. Both absolute horse sh1t! We're doomed.......

We all know its going to be back up to 2p/3p in a matter of weeks.. the options at 5p plus dec16th he is going to have to buy shares at 3p… This will automatically get pumped.. im in this for big money.. bought just over 6 million in the last week.. my aim is 2.5/3p and then let it go on a free ride

I can just see them holding this down here for only so long… seen it so many times. Take it under a penny then all of a sudden will creep up before year end.. if this does what its meant to do this will 20/30p next year
