As stated in the Company's announcement on 16 August 2022, trading in QBT's ordinary shares were suspended as a result of the Company having only one director (Francesco Gardin) and therefore being unable to comply with Companies Act requirement to have at least two directors. Following the appointment of Mr Fuhrman, trading in the Company's AIM securities will resume with effect from 7.30am on 12 September 2022.

Cryptominer, with all due respect the next update should contain the concrete data as it will be the end of this testing phase as per previous RNS. To state they will have no data is very odd!

Nope, no news at the moment, personally I’m thinking FG will release news on operations and results on live testing etc before he announces new NED as that’s how the market will react best I think, also he needs to sort out extension for experts options and get us past 5p for starters. Interesting times for sure and hope this is the time for the RNS we have all invested for. Seems to be lots of talk of a Bitcoin Bullrun also so could be perfect timing 😬
