There are also 100M stock options (awarded to Crypto Expert) Exerprice=5p (Feb-Aug) and 10p for CEO. That gives some indication that CEO or expert may work hard to make this operation to succeed rapidly, next few months.
For example, If the share price hits 5p+ Or later 10p+ both can exercise for as little as 5p or 10p. The option Instrument works similiar to warrants awarded to JS. Warrants are Intended for capital raising for QBT.
Potentially £2m if JS exercise. (None if he does not. Just Expires)
