12/11/2022 07:57 | Jason Miles, CEO of QFI, said: "This is an important milestone for the Company as we progress our projects and deepen our relationships with leading energy suppliers and users to reduce energy consumption, costs and emissions. Quadrise is delighted to have signed this new agreement with MSC Shipmanagement, the biggest in-house ship management company globally responsible for the largest container ship fleet in the world. We look forward to working with MSC and project stakeholders to demonstrate the commercial viability and environmental benefits of our fuels to the wider seaborne fleet. MSC sets the standard for energy efficiency and biofuel use in the marine sector, and we believe that our bioMSAR(TM) and MSAR(R) technology offers an excellent solution to accelerate their decarbonisation and emissions reduction efforts." | hazl
12/11/2022 07:55 | From MSC themselves....to put right the above poster. Commenting on this agreement Prabhat Jha, Group MD & CEO of MSC Shipmanagement Ltd, said: "MSC Shipmanagement is delighted to be working with the Quadrise team under this new agreement, as together we have an important enabling role in the marine energy transition towards a net zero carbon future and reducing our own vessel emissions. MSC has one of the youngest fleets among the world's leading shipping lines, and we seek to continually improve energy efficiency by collaborating with suppliers such as Quadrise to promote the wider adoption of low and zero-carbon fuels. We each have an important role to play to accelerate the decarbonisation of the shipping and logistics industry and we look forward to progressing commercial testing of bioMSAR(TM) and MSAR(R) technology on our fleet together with Quadrise." | hazl
12/11/2022 00:20 | Future plans here should imv involve glossing over all the false hope and failed objectives of the past decade ….and simply making a similar set of stories that are even less believable. Imo | kreature
11/11/2022 23:04 | “ With positive trial progression, Quadrise, MSC and other key stakeholders expect to commence discussions for commercial supply to MSC’s global fleet.” Translator : a trial hasn’t started (never mind progressed) and discussions for commercial supply haven’t even begun, never mind contracts. None of the global fleet are powered by msar. | kreature
11/11/2022 19:00 | MSC – In July 2022, Quadrise signed a Framework Agreement with MSC to carry out trials of bioMSAR™ and MSARĀ® fuels with a view to the commercial supply of one or both of the fuels to MSC’s global fleet. Proof-of-concept tests are planned for Q1 2023, following which MSC will run the LONO trials. With positive trial progression, Quadrise, MSC and other key stakeholders expect to commence discussions for commercial supply to MSC’s global fleet. For my reference. | hazl
11/11/2022 18:57 | They had £4.4m which according to management is sufficient to reach commercial revenues in H1 CY23. | z1co
11/11/2022 18:08 | Cup and handle formation. Any news will be the trigger for the handle to be formed,in my opinion. Of course I could be wrong. | hazl

11/11/2022 17:28 | Share price above 10p in 12 months time ? Quadrise is still pre-revenue. Stripping out share option and exceptional charges, operating losses reduced by £0.1m year-on-year during FY22 at £2.8m. Free cash outflow increased by £0.2m to £2.6m. The group had £4.4m in cash and no debt or convertible securities at end FY22. Management estimates that this is sufficient to reach commercial revenues in H1 CY23. Valuation: Modest adoption transformational We are not presenting forecasts at this stage. However, as a rough guide, based on data from the company, our scenario analysis calculates that even modest adoption of MSAR or bioMSAR could generate material revenues and take the company to sustainable profitability. The analysis concluded that adoption across only 9% of MSC’s global fleet could generate around $84m in licence revenues and $13.8m in EBITDA and be transformational for Quadrise. The projects in Morocco and Utah are smaller. | z1co

11/11/2022 15:39 | There are no shorts on this share. Not sure where you get the connection of Leander and biofuel? As Miles stated on sponcered TV in October, trials are to commence in Jan 2023. I think you may be on the wrong ship? cheers | dudishes

11/11/2022 15:02 | "MSC need to buy a ship in order to test the concept" Seems a bit extravagant tbf. They could've instead just bought the maersk/warsila lono test results from qfi for say a quid ? | kreature
11/11/2022 15:01 | It is estimated that approximately 25,000MT of fuel will be required for each of the Trials, with fuel produced by Quadrise and purchased by MSC. In conjunction with the Trials, MSC and Quadrise will jointly continue discussions with other marine engine suppliers to investigate testing bioMSAR™ and MSARĀ® on their engines.' | hazl
11/11/2022 14:58 | You really don't know what your talking about! The ship has been chosen AND arrives in port on the 22nd in less than two weeks! Also Dud....do yourself a favour and do your own research instead of using your hero's. | hazl
11/11/2022 14:54 | Have MSC actually bought the designated ship as yet? Appears not. Share sinking as we reveal more. Quote from John Foster to "armchairtrader" 6 Oct 2022. "MSC need to buy a ship in order to test the concept" But surely, the largest fleet in the world, and we need a special one for test purposes? Get real! Stop quoting rubbish and enticing newbies with your rubbish. Miles quoted 2030 as target for zero (know what I mean Son)? All guff from guess who? Yep, Shore Capital, their broker! Easy short target if you can find a broker. cheers | dudishes
