Repurchase of own shares

The Board of Qannas announces that on 2 November 2018 it bought back 429,137 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market for cash at a price of $0.45 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). This Purchase was made in accordance with the Company's articles of association and following the Purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

The Company advises that, following the Purchase, the Company's issued share capital is 78,133,409 Ordinary Shares (excluding 18,622,834 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 59,510,575.

The above figure of 59,510,575 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
