The Company announces that it received notification today, from Kirsty Bashforth, Non-e xecutive Director of the Company , that she had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of GBP170.52p per share on 28 April 2020. Following this dealing, Mrs Bashforth holds 5,000 shares in the Company representing 0.001% of the shares in issue.
