Hi G , no sign of any update until prelims.


5th june 2020

PZ Cussons plc announces today that in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic it is adjusting its end of year reporting timetable. The Company will announce its preliminary results on Wednesday 23 September and hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 26 November, in continuing compliance with FCA rules.

They are usually quite frequent with trading updates, but no mention on website currently. Happy to hold but wary of adding more.

THG Ingenuity – the technology services division of Manchester-headquartered The Hut Group – has signed major partnership agreements with a host of global brands worth more than £100m.

The deals have been struck with Elemis, PZ Cussons Beauty, Burt's Bees, Nuxe, By Terry and Revolution Beauty.

THG Ingenuity will work to accelerate each brand's transition towards a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model to meet growing online consumer demand.

With Elemis, it will launch the company through localised DTC offerings across 15 territories in Europe and Asia over the next 12 months, while with PZ Cussons Beauty it will facilitate its shift to DTC ecommerce "at pace" with the launch of three consumer brands.

Not joined in recovery so far but has good essential products, solid balance sheet with debt significantly reduced and surely a good M&A target for Unilever, P&G, RB.
