But not the 2 year waiting time...

I like the comment that they might recover a further one million euro from another miscreant.

Patience is a virtue with this management.

I like the fact they seem to be very straight.

zcaprd, I have only read the sound bites which I like.

I think it will be another six months then a final cash return and the spin off of Germany and a delisting if they cannot sell the shell.

Doesn't this imply no cash burn? The Group's net cash position at the end of the period was EUR9.6 million, which was EUR44.4 million lower than the net position of EUR54.0 million at the start of the year. This was primarily due to the return of capital which returned EUR44.1 million to shareholders.

I will have a proper read later, but this caught my eye:"A capital return of GBP38.5million (which was the maximum possible under a capital reorganisation)"I'm pretty certain they didn't mention that it was the maximum at the time?

Of course a lot is vague, they don't know themselves what will come about. I reckon the most likely is a management buy out of the German business and what's left will be returned to shareholders as cash.

Indeed flyfisher but "a further limited cash return" is all pretty grey IMO...they have a habit of being a bit opaque but generally doing sensible things, so who knows?

You're usually more right than I am on these situations :)

Quite possibly Eezy.

But what is the residual business actually worth, about 600k annual revenue and growing, plus about 400k r&d work, all plant fully written down, premises issue sorted.
Also, as the cash burn should slow with the board salary reductions, could we have another cash return of perhaps E7m.

Maybe flyfisher

I reckon you're a bit on the optimistic side. Contract gain spread over 2 years it says. All looks a bit slow and upside not clear to me. Will keep watching for an entry point. Good luck...

Poor trading and slow progress, countered by premises consolidation and a potential legal gain which should more than cover the next 6 months opex.

No change to my view of delisting, a token sale of remaining ops and an ultimate return to shareholders of 95p.

So TNAV c. £7.3m and presumably falling as the German ops are very small and corporate overheads bloated for now. Market cap c. £5m at 68p.

In any sane world they'd give the Germans £1m, distribute remaining cash, wind up the parent and distribute shares in German ops in specie. But they seem determined to soldier on.

Don't think I can be tempted back but may be a bit of upside from here?

Don't care for "It should be noted that as the Group is a Standard listed company no shareholder approval is required for delisting". Suggests that may be their favoured outcome?

Don't like the dip today.

Maybe they have decided to buy another P.V. business!

Help here!

I cannot find the date of release of the half year figures on the PV investor web site.

Is the date there and I am missing it?

MBO of the German ops, then closure and distribution... They will probably make a song and dance about how lucky we are to offload the German bit for 1 pound as well!

zcaprd7, see, you are above my paid grade, thank you.

Well is it that tight? If it a final winding up with the ultimate distribution, I guess a few 'professionals' are working on the docs. Could even be a possible reverse take over. We will find out shortly.

Zoolook means, it's a tight ship in terms of leaking out news, so to get this price movement on nothing, is a bit unusual?
