Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights Announcement

Purplebricks announces that, pursuant to its block admission facility, it has recently issued 535,346 ordinary shares of GBP0.01p each in satisfaction of the exercise of share options. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 3 August 2018, the Company has 302,378,355 ordinary shares of GBP0.01p each in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 302,378,355.

The above figure of 302,378,355 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
