Grant of options and PDMR notification

Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, announces that on 29 June 2017 options to subscribe for an aggregate 1,400,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Options") were granted to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

James Davies, Chief Financial Officer, has been granted 1,000,000 Options and Ed Hughes, UK Chief Marketing Officer, has been granted 400,000 Options. The Options have been granted under the Employee Share Option Plan and have an exercise price of GBP3.05, being the closing price for the Ordinary Shares as at 2 May 2017 (being the date immediately prior to James Davies's appointment to the board).

Other than the grant of the Options, James Davies (as a director of the Company) and his connected persons have no beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
