Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, announces that on 5 March 2018 options to subscribe for 100,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Options") were granted to Lee Wainwright, UK CEO, Purplebricks. The Options were granted under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan and have an exercise price of GBP4.15, being the closing price for the Ordinary Shares as at 2 March 2018.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.

Also, further to its notification of 5 March 2018 relating to the exercise of 1,099,822 options over Ordinary Shares by certain employees and LPEs under the Company's Employee and LPE share option plans, Purplebricks updates that Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is now expected to become effective on 15 March 2018. All other details remain unchanged from the notification of 5 March 2018.
