itcm1,

I see emoov allow a "only pay if we sell option", unlike PURP!

And that price, £1950, is quite close to a traditional agent, so I don't see any big advantage with them either.

I think traditional agents will be around for some time personally.

Haha.

Rog Purp have gone on foreign forays and left the back door wide open. Evreywhere I look emmoov boards are going up. Purp have made the classic blunder of taking their home market for granted and now it's biting them in the butt.

Will you be buyin emoov when they float next year rog???

Rog,

Did you read the recent report about UK property sales slowing down on the BBC website?

Is it just me who thinks the Purp bigwigs are partying hard in Vegas just as emmov starts taking market share in the UK???

Mark is a very successful momentum investor.

He probably has different timescales that yours, so nothing to be fussed about I would say.

(That said - I'm personally short PURP because I think their business model is busted)

In Mark Minervini language it does look like the chart has definitely moved from stage 2 to stage 3 and the risk is that its moving quickly into stage 4. Earnings downgrades have already happened.

Might be a '2' infront of these by tomorrow night.

The heady days of 500 are but a distant memory. We shall never see the like again.

There's quite a lot of miniwinnies on this thread lying through their teeth.

To absolutely no avail. His persistent obsession is therefore pathetic to say the least.

Rog it is the principle behind the Chris Woods case which is the important thing ie that the unsolds are always subsidising the solds under the Purplebricks model.

Also the model has not been tested in a market like 2009.

It is not clear to me what would happen to the upfront payments customers make should Purplebricks cease trading.

It seems to me Purplebricks are getting money upfront for a service they have not yet performed. They ought to offer customers insurance against their demise. I for one would take it.

You've been saying the same thing to this hopeless moron since 2014. When will you get tired of it?

Don't you see the utter futility of having any dialogue with this fool? The only way to deal with him is to filter him & completely ignore his facile, obsessed witterings. You won't miss a single thing of even the slightest importance & will be doing the world a favour in denying the idiot the oxygen of a reply.

He's not worth it

Rog,

Your obsession with TW is consuming you, you need to move on for your own sanity.

He called QPP correctly, and the knock on disaster at Slater and Gordon, and none of that was caused by Tom......

Yet you idolise Rob Terry.....
