01/2/2018 16:54 | Minerve My post was tongue in cheek, but my opinion stands. I'm short here BTW | bobmonkeyhouse
01/2/2018 16:39 | Short term Woodford's got his Income Focus Fund to bail out the Equity Income Fund. Deck chairs on the Titanic though in my opinion. In my opinion he's put too many high risk punts that don't pay a dividend into his 'income' funds and then had to try to make the income up via high debt, low cover, high risk stocks like AA. PFG & CPI and this is now backfiring big time. | dangersimpson2
01/2/2018 16:35 | bobmonkeyhouse You can be right. I'll just make the money and let you be smug over nothingness. 😉 | minerve
01/2/2018 16:02 | You reopened your short Andy? | rogthepodge
01/2/2018 15:57 | Ok, we have different views, we will probably never know, but I'm always right | bobmonkeyhouse
01/2/2018 15:52 | This is what I said: "I would hazard a guess Woodford is profit taking within his Woodford Equity Income to provide capital for the upcoming Capita rights issue, OR, ➡️ someone is using the opportunity of these assumptions to drive pricing down.⬅️ | minerve
01/2/2018 15:50 | when events like this happen the market makers use it to shake the tree a little. If your broker called an MM, I'm sure he would be told its because its related to woodford | bobmonkeyhouse
01/2/2018 15:46 | Well we don't know for sure whether Woodford is selling or not but it seems he has been trimming profits on large holding including AZN, L&G. He sold out of BT completely, and Aviva, and Pennon, and Vodafone, and many others recently. What makes PURP any different? | minerve
01/2/2018 15:32 | The market will be looking for large holdings that woodford holds and be bashing them, I doubt woodford is selling | bobmonkeyhouse
01/2/2018 15:31 | I don't think Woodford's finished. A bit of humble pie for dinner perhaps, but not finished. | minerve
01/2/2018 15:30 | Perhaps buy back in after the Capita rights issue! LOL | minerve
01/2/2018 15:29 | I would hazard a guess Woodford is profit taking within his Woodford Equity Income to provide capital for the upcoming Capita rights issue, OR, someone is using the opportunity of these assumptions to drive pricing down. Out for now, wait and see what happens over the following week or so. | minerve
01/2/2018 15:13 | Don't know about you, but it feels like the Purp bubble has burst today. The confidence has gone. | ltcm1
01/2/2018 14:38 | Woodford's finished. | rackers1
01/2/2018 14:35 | As Capita crashes, so does Purp. | ltcm1
01/2/2018 14:35 | Woodford's been forced to offload a few rog. | ltcm1
01/2/2018 13:45 | wrong site, precious. | bobmonkeyhouse
01/2/2018 13:21 | Anyway, looks like 500 is going to be a big barrier here, its quite ridiculous in terms of mcap. I can see this falling to 300 again shortly, which is still overvalued | bobmonkeyhouse |
