Andy you are one of the few honest ones to be able to admit to a losing trade. I do think rackers does have a good point though, it isn't a winning strategy putting the blame elsewhere on a losing trade. It was only one trade - move on.

Good luck rog - at least if you believed in my argument you could get out with a good profit. It would be silly to invest without at least knowing of potential red flags.

Thanks, I closed it first thing, will wait for this ridiculous (IMO) rise to peter out, which will probably start today now I've closed!

Just shows you what a concerted PR campaign can do, and NW with such a large holding needs this to rise as his funds are not doing well.

How can an estate agent with no employees claim they are a "proper" agent???

I'd like to see how much profit they make when paying their agents on paye plus employers NI.

Sub-companies? Subsidiaries that would get consolidated?

Prewar if the agents are in sub companies then it would not be hard to see how the revenues and payments to the agent companies could fall in different accounting periods. I am not suggesting Purp actually do this, just that the possibility could exist.

The lesson of Carillion is these things take a long time to unwind themselves. Andy it might come too late for you!
