14/3/2018 09:06 | nice to see some director buying albeit they are not exactly re-mortgaging the house. i am minded to do a 25% top up to avoid the illusion of dilution due to the raise. thoughts? | edwardt
13/3/2018 09:18 | to be fair, the cash burn has meant this is sensible imo. if they are going into bat with commercialisation deals with sponsors kind of helps if you are in a position of strength to be a co-sponsor. in short, the dilution is unwelcome but is a cost of increased optionality. as such, being a minority investor, i have to be supportive of that strategy. go get em puretech team. | edwardt
12/3/2018 17:00 | lol. We want even more cash on the books so we can spend it like crazy. | waterloo01
21/2/2018 14:23 | my takes were chances of two more ipos in next 6 months. they are also going to go coy on valuation methodology given sensitivity around pricing on ipo and second rounds - all makes sense to me but will prove hard for analysts to model which could result in vol in share price. i want to sit tight for a decade on this one. | edwardt
21/2/2018 13:30 | Yes, much to be upbeat about in the update: | rambutan2
21/2/2018 10:12 | restorbio is flying in the states - now almost $20! | edwardt
20/2/2018 09:52 | not often i read a trading statement and get excited about what the company actually does. it is going to be a very interesting journey owning this one! | edwardt
05/2/2018 10:42 | nice lead article in the economist talking about the digitalisation of pharma and healthcare. surely this is the best pure play on that theme? no pun on the word pure. | edwardt
31/1/2018 14:52 | Can’t find that Gelesis information, perhaps enquire with the company directly. | lendmeafiver
29/1/2018 14:41 | Is there any news when Gelesis is going to be put into production. Showed decent efficacy at stage 3 trials. People seem to be sleeping on PureTech, three products about to be launched with serious potential. | justincosworth
26/1/2018 17:19 | Well if follica actually works imagine the potential IPO value. | lendmeafiver
26/1/2018 17:15 | $17.5 as i type - pretty extraordinary!! pls can all those in the pipe do this and i might be able to stop working!!! | edwardt
26/1/2018 15:09 | So much value in the whole puretech pipeline, the market is beginning to wake up to it. | lendmeafiver
26/1/2018 15:05 | basically puretech has made 7.5 times money on restorbio to date. | edwardt
26/1/2018 14:48 | lets see if restorbio pops on day one - my guess the free float will hit $100m of circa $17 per share! | edwardt
26/1/2018 11:54 | Yes, am happy with today's rns. Noted: Peel Hunt today reaffirms its buy investment rating on PureTech Health Plc (LON:PRTC) and raised its price target to 313p (from 302p). | rambutan2
26/1/2018 10:02 | Great news | lendmeafiver
26/1/2018 09:16 | ok, that announcement is great news. we are not selling it all at ipo and the irr on our investment is monster.! i hear that restorbio will float at mid range so all good! | edwardt
25/1/2018 11:41 | more buying , someone is in a hurray to get involved here. my guess is an insti is building a stake rns soon once they go over 3% | edwardt
24/1/2018 13:19 | Ha ha, circa £1.7m! | lendmeafiver
24/1/2018 13:16 | lend me - it was not me! promise. | edwardt
24/1/2018 12:01 | Some very large buys just been processed | lendmeafiver
11/1/2018 13:05 | Agree, maybe that’s been a trigger, amazing amount of buying | lendmeafiver
11/1/2018 13:03 | I suppose that selling down resTORbio for cash will reasure the mkt that the model works and that dilution isn't a fact of life, as has so often been the case with these incubator style cos. | rambutan2
11/1/2018 09:56 | i guess from what i have read nav is circa £2.50 minimum so i am relatively relaxed about holding on for now. guess the extent of the cash burn eating into nav is something we will need to monitor. | edwardt |
