Block Listing Application

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and innovator of great-tasting stevia sweeteners for the global beverage and food industry, notifies the market that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each ("Shares") in relation to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2008.

When issued the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

It is expected that the Shares will be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on or around 14 July 2017.
